1. Toujours commencer par le gel exfoliant pour éliminer les peaux mortes et faciliter la pénétration des produits dans la peau. Le gel s'utilise 2 ou 3 fois par semaine. Vous prenez une petite quantité et vous frottez vigoureusement sur la peau du corps en faisant des mouvements circulaires. Laissez poser 2 à 5 minutes sur le corps avant de rincer.
